Wrap Update!

One fast-food stop that actually has a low-cal (relatively low) whole-wheat lavash wrap is....Starbucks!

With 280 calories, 35 carbs, and 8 grams of fiber, it's a good option for breakfast on the go.


This ready-to-go wrap was actually featured on the Today show this morning as a recommended option from the book "Eat This, Not That." I split this with a friend recently as a mid-morning snack and it tastes fabulous!

Enjoy it with a grande non-fat cappuccino with a sprinkle of cinnamon for only 80 additional calories :)

Note: The saturated fat is a little high (3.5 grams), but you can't have it all if you don't make it yourself.
