No matter where you are in your current level of physical conditioning, Crossfit training will have a positive effect. In many cases it can have a life altering effect, especially for those who do not have an athletic background or those who start later in life.
In my case, I started Crossfit later in life, at the age of 45. The benefits it provided me are numerous ... physically, mentally, emotionally ... and is the reason I have become so passionate about wanting to share it with others.
