A-Healthy-Holiday Spirit

Lauren "Lo" Bosworth from The Hills and Ty-Ku Girls

Last night Perez Hilton hosted a "Holiday Health Bash" for his website FitPerez.com, and a bevy of beautiful celebrities turned out to toast their tight bodies.

Like me you probably question: "How do these super fit celebs stay in shape when they're downing drinks at all these swanky soirees?"

Well they're not chugging Margaritas and White Russians for one!

Celebs stay slim by being very careful what they consume at events. This usually means avoiding the passed apps, and settling on boring vodka and sodas.

Lucky for those who attended last nights' party, it wasn't hard to find a healthy drink.

The festivities were held at Sports Club L.A., and sponsored by Japanese Sake connoisseurs "Ty-Ku."

Ty-Ku Asian Wine and Spirits makes a variety of Ultra Premium Sake, Soju, and Liqueur. Soju is similar to vodka but with about 40% fewer calories.

All the drinks served were under 100 calories and full of holiday spirit.

But you don't have to walk the red carpet to try these Christmas-y cocktails. Here's a guide to make your own merry mixers at home:

The Gingerbread Man
2 parts TY KU Sake
1 part Diet Ginger Ale
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

The Merry Mojito
TY KU Liqueur
Fresh Mint
Squeeze of Lemon, Lime, and Orange
Splash of Diet Citrus Soda

The NaughTEA or Nice?
TY KU Soju
Iced Tea

Wow your guests with these at your next ChrismaHannaKwanzaka extravaganza!
