Remember those tasty "ants on a log" you used to love as a kid? Well there's a reason your parents allowed you to eat these babies, they're healthy!
PB Banana Sandy
Take two slices of Whole Wheat-High Fiber bread (70 cals a slice), 1 Tbls. Natural PB (90), One small Banana (80). Toast, spread, slice, and combine. Yummmm!
