Ingredients:

-1 C. Whole Wheat Flour (any kind will do) (450)
-1 C. Old Fashioned Oats (300)
-10 Prunes(200)
- 11 Dates (120)
-1/2 C. Golden Raisins (85)
-1/2 C. Sliced Almonds (170)
-1 Tbs. Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds) (60)
-1 Tbs. Sunflower Seeds (60)
-1 Tbs. Sesame Seeds (60)
-1/3 C. Water

1. Preheat oven to 325. Cover an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.

2. Blend or process the dried fruit until you have a chunky sticky mixture.

I did it in my Magic Bullet and it took multiple tries, removing the parts that processed and continuing with those still whole.

3. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix and squish the processed fruits into the dry ingredients until they are all completely combined. If it's too dry, add water by the Tbs. till it forms a large dough ball.

4. Press the mixture into your lined pan. Pre-cut the bars for easy removal later.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Feel free to sub different kinds of nuts, seeds, or dried fruits depending on your tastes. You can even add mini chocolate cacao nibs if you have a sweet tooth.

And if you're trying to track wildlife while you're out, be sure to save some for the birds!
