You fellas who THINK you are squatting big weight should make sure you are really squatting and not just doing some heavy knee bends. Follow the girl's example!
Not only is the guy in the video NOT squatting, he is damaging his knees. He'll end up seeing a doctor who will tell him to stop "squatting". What he really needs to do is to "check his ego" at the door, use lighter weights and learn to squat (properly) before he tries to impress his buddies with how many plates he can load on the bar.
