Rumble Roller

Here is a new tool for working on your "trouble spots"!

"Physical therapists,  trainers, and athletes use foam rollers to relieve muscular pain and tightness (often called ""adhesions"", ""knots"", or ""trigger points""). But conventional foam rollers have smooth, hard surfaces that further compress soft tissue. Rolling on top of them improves blood flow and tissue flexibility, but the effect is limited and relatively superficial, unless you spend a lot of time rolling. The RumbleRoller was created to perform this therapy more effectively. The surface of the RumbleRoller contains specially designed bumps that are firm, but flexible, much like the thumbs of a massage therapist."

"Every human being should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. You know what to eat, how to train, and what to do if you have a cut; you should also know how to fix your tight hips, painful knees, and stiff shoulders, and how to make yourself faster and more powerful. It's too much to mobilize everything, all the time, everyday. Start somewhere"
