Tricks to motivate yourself in the morning are: laying your workout clothes out the night before, having a healthy snack like a banana to look forward to pre-workout, and jumping right up when the alarm rings...if you hit the snooze you will continue to snooze :)
To prevent late night snacking: have a hot cup of tea when you're done eating, brush your teeth, or have a filling but healthy dessert, like banana froyo.
