More Chronic Cardio Talk

Mark Sisson, from "Mark's Daily Apple", used to be an endurance athlete but has since "seen the light".  He is now the author of the Primal Blueprint philosophy and has done extensive research into the benefits of getting back to the Primal way of living.

As a reformed "cardio-holic", he has had many posts and discussions on the topics of chronic cardio training (long periods of sustained heart rate) and endurance training .  Check out this post .... he is also an advocate of Crossfit, or interval training, as a better path to long term fitness!
