Concept 2 Rower Myths

The Concept 2 Rower is a great tool for conditioning but, like any other movement, requires learning the proper technique. There are some misconceptions and myths on how to use the rower, and I see improper form all the time.

Myth: A damper setting of 10 will give you the best workout.

Myth: The higher the stroke rate, the better the workout.

Myth: The indoor rower is too easy for me.
