You Are How You Move

Why exploring movement is so important.  From a Functional Anatomy Seminar with Dr. Andreo Spina:


You are born with an incredible range of movement, but your body will adapt to the range of motion you provide it.  If you stop moving in certain ways, your body will deem that movement (or range of motion) unnecessary and eliminate it from your "repertoire".  

However, you CAN get it back!  All it takes is a dedicated practice.  For some movements it may take years, but it is worth it.  You will NEVER regret the effort, but you WILL regret not trying!
