Train your "Goat"

In training, we all have our "Goats". Those are the exercises that we don't like.

We don't like them because they are difficult for us and we are not good at them, so we avoid them.

Avoiding them is a huge mistake! Instead, we should take extra time and train those weaknesses.

It's easy to stick with what we know and are good at, but we will gain much more if we do what is difficult. In the end, this will make us stronger, more capable, more adaptable, and more athletic.
