90/90

90/90 Progressions by Dewey Nelson (FRC)

Start at the first movement, take your time with it and focus on good technique. Be sure to "master" each movement (spend lots of time with each one) before progressing to the next.

CAUTION: The "Travelling" movements are advanced and should be avoided until you have properly gone through all the progressions and built up the capacity in your knees to take load in such a dynamic way.
