Last week I had the privilege to sit down with one of my nutrition idol's, Lisa Lillien of "Hungry Girl."
If you haven't heard of Hungry Girl, 1. Are you living under a rock? She's a superstar! 2. You need to log onto her website immediately and subscribe.
Hungry Girl is a daily newsletter providing fabulous healthy recipe swaps for all your favorite, but usually fattening, foods. Lisa is a genius. She can take anything and turn it into a low-cal feast. From chicken fingers to french fries to cheesesteak, there's nothing she can't makeover.
Like me, she's not a certified dietitian or anything. She's just passionate about health and food. As her website states, "She's not a nutritionist. She's just hungry."
Lisa released her fifth book last week "300 Under 300", and I was so happy to be front and center at her Barnes and Noble book signing to get you guys all the dish on this hot read.
