It’s Not Lack Of Exercise . . . It’s The Wheat

Do you workout regularly lifting weights, but are still carrying around those extra pounds?

Are those hours and hours you spend in the gym, pounding out miles on the treadmill and doing countless hours of aerobics not getting you the results you hoped for?

Do you push yourself harder, participating in longer running, biking or triathlon events ... but still can't seem to lose that weight?

If weight loss is your goal, then exercise (or lack thereof) isn't the crucial factor.  You may need to take a good look at your diet.
