When I tell people that I avoid eating grains (as much as possible), I often get strange looks.  I get questions like "Aren't they part of a healthy diet?", or "What do you eat instead?"

Despite all the new evidence and literature exposing the truth about grains, it's hard to convince people that we don't need grains and that they can  actually be BAD for our health.
