Many of us spend long hours sitting, with bad posture, which results in back pain.
Here is an exercise video from a method called "Foundation Training" which I would recommend that we all try. The focus is on moving the body properly, in good form, with proper alignment. Practice these movements a few times a week and see how much better your back feels!
