Keeping Weight On While Eating Healthy

For those of you who stuck with the "Whole30" Challenge last month .... Congratulations!

I have heard many positive comments about the experience and how it has changed the way you feel and the way you think about food.

However, one "drawback" to healthy eating may be unwanted weight loss!  For super-active people, those with a high metabolism, and people who are already lean, it may be challenging to maintain a healthy weight and muscle mass on a strict Paleo diet or the Whole30 program.
