Forget The Weight Scale!


People become so obsessed with what they weigh and what the "BMI Index" says about it, but they forget that these things do not take into account a persons body type or composition.  Nor do they take into account their real health and how they feel.

The scale lies and just adds unnecessary stress.  It causes people to starve themselves and become miserable and unhealthy.

Ditch the scale!  Focus more on your health, how you feel and move, and the quality of your life.  Eat properly, move properly, play, sleep well, reduce stress.  Your body will find it's natural weight and you will feel a whole lot better.

As for those magazine models and movie stars ...... they don't look the same without Photoshop!
