A lengthy interview (2.5 hours) with Mark Sisson (Mark's Daily Apple) on nutrition, training, and health. Much of the material is already familiar to me, but I did get a lot of new information from this.
At the very least I recommend the first 30 minutes, but there is so much good information here that it is worth taking the time (even listening to it in parts) to listen to the whole interview.
